What is your policy about inactivity suspension? How do you decide that a website is inactive / abandoned?
We actually monitor and reports comes every week with the logged and none logged users. A lot of things are monitored.
I have free account. I don’t need help, – you don’t answer in questions for us.
But FTP today don’t work! I wanted to update version of Joomla and all my files, which I uploaded became empty – 0 kb
So my website became damaged and nobody answer, nobody correct the problem with FTP
So, free account is free
I even don’t have permission to post in forum !!!
