You can create another domain in DirectAdmin in a few easy steps. Firstly, once you are logged in to DirectAdmin, go to Domain Setup. There you will get a list of domains that you already have in your account. If you still don’t have any domain created, click Add Another Domain. Now you will need to type in domain name and adjust such options as bandwidth, disk space, secure SSL, CGI access, PHP access. Once you are done with that, click Create button and new domain will be created.

1. Login to DirectAdmin server control panel.
2. Locate the link ‘Site Redirection’.
3. In Local URL Path enter the directory or file name which should be redirected.
4. Select ‘redirect type’, in this case you will choose 302 (temporary).
5. Enter destination URL where file or directory should be redirected.
To review and delete any of redirection you can repeat the same two steps.

To set the new sub domain to your website (web hosting account) you must:
1. Login to DirectAdmin server control panel.
2. Locate Subdomain Management.
3. Enter the sub domain name and then Create.
Please consider to select the right domain name before creating the sub domain.

You can access the control panel through any domain or sub domain your account is registered to by putting “:2222″ after the address. Ex. http://www.mydomain.com:2222. or alternatively use the server’s address on which your site is hosted:

- Box3: http://box3.host1free.com:2222
- Box4: http://box4.host1free.com:2222
- Box5: http://box5.host1free.com:2222

If you want to change your domain name, simply log in to direct admin control panel, choose “Domain Setup” -> “Change A Domain Name” and edit the form. Make sure the nameservers on the domain you are going to be using point to ours to properly work.
Remember if you will delete the existing domain from DirectAdmin all data which contains under this domain will be deleted!

To use your domain with our services, you need to visit your domain registrar (where you registered the domain) and change the nameservers associated with your domain, to our nameservers. You can find our nameservers at the following link

After you have updated the nameservers for your domain, your domain will start working (pointing to our server) usually within 24 – 48 hours.

Make sure that the A record you use matches the domain you’ve registered as the main domain for your account
