无法打开数据库，错误为：Too many connections

进wordpress后台提示Error establishing a database connection
进了后台，进入phpmyadmin，输入账户密码之后提示phpMyAdmin - 错误
#1040 - Too many connections
不知道是什么问题，希望能即时修复，谢谢~~
