We will have to change the design and add some more sub forums like Tutorials

For new users to start:

1. How to create a database

2. How to add domains

3. How to backup their sites and database.

Something like this we have to create so that users can use our service very easy

Note: iam not saying only for the above mentioned topics we can add more about hosting site administration.
