On how many occassions when there support team were not available I left messages and never had a response, my site developer and admin team had tickets unresolved for approximately 3 weeks at one point in the early days. I cannot imagine how anybody has received good customer service from HOST1PLUS as three people (outside of my developer/admin team) have regularly attempted to use this feature to no avail, for me, one of my colleagues were asked if they understand English when we have successfully completed all our schooling and tertiary education from either UK or Australia. I do not claim to be a technical minded person but IMO if the site is not UP/ONLINE it is DOWN/OFFLINE, cannot even get a simple answer to that from support. "Hello, I am unable to access the server for my website xyz.com.au, is the server down again?" Support: "our support team are working on it; it isn't down, its just maintenance."
