I found host1plus had build a chinese page here:

Why don't you add the payment called Alipay?
Alipay has been added as new payment by Godaddy and IXwebhost.
Their domain and host business now is very popular for chinese bloggers.
There are hundreds of agents and referral sites about US hosting services.
As I know for policy reasons 400,0000 .cn domains will not be renewal in the next 6 month.Most of chinese webmasters will register new domain and choose aboard hosting services，so it's a big market.
Cloud hosting,SSH,VPN,VPS will be popular too.

Please refer your posts regarding Host1Plus service to Host1Plus community forum.

But I agree with you and we just signed up the contract with AliPay via AsiaPay so that we could accept payments from Asia countries.
