I have check it, but I see that there is not so much information regarding Google Gmail itself. I will try to find some better source. Thanks anyway

That's because you can't use Gmail alone, you have to get the whole package (Email, Calendar, Docs, Talk, Sites). Here's the official Google Apps sign up tutorial: http://services.google.com/apps/resourc ... age16.html
I don't think it gets much better than this, so maybe we could just add the link to the FAQ.
