Your servers seem to be down all the time!

Hi,
I use host1free for about a month now. In the beginning I was happy with your free service because it was quick. But now, the severs are down all the time. Almost every time I want to acces my website, i cant. My FTP client also cannot connect.

So, now I will leave you and go to another host, which is much slower than you, but it is more reliable. In other words, I know it always works, so I know I will not loose so many visitors.

As for your paid hosting, I dont even think about it - you just cant seem reliable to me, sorry.

I write this only because it may help you improve your service, and i wish you all the best. I congratulate you for the idea, but for now i have to leave. Maybe will see you again when you resolve the issues I mentioned, which I am sure will help others too.

Can you tell us on which box is your website ?

box1: System Uptime 41 Days, 8 Hours and 17 Minutes
box2: System Uptime 34 Days, 19 Hours and 41 Minutes
box3: System Uptime 9 Days, 1 Hours and 7 Minutes

Also, I didn't found the servers or any website down. You can check the status here: Server Uptime Statistics - Host1Free.com

And also you can use services like Pingdom to check the website status.

Are you sure the problem is from us, and not from your ISP ?
