Hi guys what do you think of using livechat for support, and keep the ticket system, I know a lot of good chat software, I use openfire or helpcenterlive for chat

currently we planned to do only support through forum and ticketing system.

they can use the chat for non support issues I know a lot of hosting communitys who uses that
