I suggest, try to get more staff members located within different time zones. This way more questions or technical issues could be fixed through out the day, instead of people waiting full days until they get an answer.

We have enough staff now, to handle different time zone issues.
It will be difficult to address some issues if many are flooding with threads for same kind of issue (eg: issues with box8). Other than that we give 24x7 support to host1free members.

Ehhhh, you can't really say 24/7 Ive payed attention, there are some long periods of wait in between, and sometimes the forum is dead.
We are not only looking on Forum topics alone.Other issues also we are working on.
May be at some point of time, there is a delay. But we will assure that all issues are closed, and users are able to access their site.
