I am following this forum for 3 days and seen many support request comming but in 3 days not seen a single staff member answering to there posts.
I am wondering what is the advantage of having 15 moderaters and 2 super mods if they don`t do there work(Staff members i am not saying this against you because you are not getting anything in return of this so its your choice to do it or not and i also can`t blame you guys for it.)
Just do 1 thing make a team of staff members thatare good and active and give them a premium plan in return. This way they will also be interested in your hosting and support.
Do think about it. It will benifit your clients and you also because then you will get more and more client active here and and aslo will be interested in buying your premium plans.
