I have the same problem since last night.. i created an account and never managed to access ftp account

Unable to make a connection. Please try again. wit fireftp from firefox.

I am on box 2... is there a problem?

I guess you do use worn hostname...What hostname do you use for your FTP connection?

I used ftp.andre.host898.net

I can log in to the control center but not website control, can access the webftp but if I try ftp client ( fireftp or ftp commander) cannot connect

It perfectly works for me. Check maybe your router or ISP is blocking BOX2 IP address. By the way are you able to access your website from internet browser?

No, I cannot access my website... and my router is not blocking that ip and i don´t think my isp also...

and what about website control?? cannot access it....

i just tryed another isp and the same thing happens....

Hello! Try using proxy and also try to ping/tracert your FTP/box#.host1free.com adresses.
