Can i register for another account on this Hosting?

but i will only put one page which redirects to the main domain. i want to link because that link is most famous.

with there be any problem if i upload 1 page and 1 folder of images?

Yes, you can, but your second account can be banned with the reason "No content".

I suggest you to use the same account and add a new domain there.
You can use registrars like co.cc, co.be, if you want free domains...
