Free Hosting: Twitter Widgets

I've read on the thread somewhere that Twitter feeds are not allowed on free hosting. Will it be ok if i use a twitter widgets/gadgets from external site, and include only link to javascript code which contains the twitter feed on my html page. Since fetching the feeds which requires cpu/bandwidth resources are already done by the external site.
