    What is your inactivity policy?

    I searched your site and forums. But I could not find an answer.

    My question is - What is your current policy for inactivity suspension? In other words how do you decide that a hosting account is inactive / abandoned and attempt to release the wasted resources?

    Hello,

    Currently we are checking all websites and if it's not active for two weeks, we are suspending it. Not active means if you have not uploaded any website in two weeks from registration date.

    Hi Modestas .

    What happens if I upload a site, but not use it, [inactive]. What is the policy here?

    From new year, we have new regulations that will be as the following:
    1. If user's website does not get enough traffic, like 20 visitors per week, we terminate the account (that figure will be adjusted as we still are checking this with our new CRS system);
    2. If user will not logs in to the server panel for more than one time in a month, the account will be terminated;

    Those would be the major inactivity policy points.
