Hi..i want to ask would i get baned if i get forum on hosting and post links from paid file hosting...files would be artickles for high school that are alowed

secon i want to ask for content on hosting with passwords for login on **** sites etc...not picturec or video just passwords ziped in file and uploaded on file hosting like fileserv...
