    I like to know what is the server for connect mysql . i have visited FAQ but doesn't appears the server

    can you try the server as "localhost" without the quotes?

    Db server: localhost but you have to create a db username & pass in order to acces the db server

    Most of the time it's localhost but depending on how the person has cPanel setup they might do something like mysql.theirdomain.com or something like that, try localhost and if all else fails put your domain in there and it should work, otherwise ask them for the mysql server information.

    Is this for a VPS or shared?
