What happens when I upgrade to a paid plan?

The day will come when my website grows to the point where I will need to upgrade to a paid plan. My question is, do I have to move all my data to another box or can I just pay and get upgraded without moving anything?

I just had a look at what host1plus has to offer. It is the most professional website I have ever seen. I am not saying this to gain any favour from you. I have used a hosting company which has hosted millions of websites but their own website is still not as professional as host1plus.

I have had a problem before with another webhosting company. Someone hacked my account and used it to spam email. The hosting company immediately cancelled my account. Nothing I tell them makes any difference. They are not even replying to my emails anymore. So what happens if someone hacks my account here and use my website to spam email? Will you just cancel my account and won't talk to me anymore?

First of all, be sure you have a strong password set for your account. Second, we have a lot of logs where we can see if somebody else logged in your account and from which IP. If somebody sent spam from your email, and that's not you, we will not cancel your account. The auto suspension works if you haven't paid for your invoice only. If you will not pay your invoice for 90 days he account gets terminated. Thank you

Or if you asking in host1free, there is auto-suspension if your maximum bandwidth has reached, for unusually high traffic or for high CPU we suspend the accounts after human verifications.

I see. So we can't unsuspend it ourselves? I thought I have seen that feature somewhere.

That will be stupid, don't you think ? We suspending for TOS violations and the user have the possibility to unsuspend himself ?

Yes, it does seem stupid but I am sure I have used it once on a host that temporarily suspended my account for temporarily unusually high traffic. I was sent an email informing me of the temporary suspension and I was given a link where I unsuspended my account with just one click. True story. Maybe I still have that email somewhere in my archives. If I find it I will paste it here.
