Are Rapidshare/Megaupload/Hotfile/Etc links allowed?

In your TOS I read "No warez / ******g / phishing sites", so I cannot host on your space warez sites and files. But what about putting simple Rapidshare/Megaupload/Hotfile/Etc links? Do you allow them?

- Making available copyrighted software which has been “cracked” (e.g., copyright protection for the software has been removed);
- ******g Related;
- Making available tools which can be used for no purpose other than “cracking” software;
- Anything related to illegal activity;

So I guess you can't use our service. You can't make a website with ******g or cracking content even if you use other storage websites.

But what "making available" mean? If I put a link to Rapidshare, it's Rapidshare to make the file(s) available, not host1free.com. Or not?
