Using Website Builder
In my control panel, I click on the Website builder icon. I never get past the 1st "easy" step. It asks for the domain name, ftp username and ftp password. I enter all 3 from the account details email you sent me. It returns a bad username or password error. I have not changed anything in my account. I use AceFTP, and I was able to connect to the ftp server. Why is Website builder having a problem?

What host name do you enter for your website to upload?

Re: Using Website Builder
I am using the data in the account details email for Domain name, FTP username and FTP password. The Domain name is Wolf3DMall.mxhoste.com. The FTP username and password are the same ones provided in the email. I have not even tried to change them.

Re: Using Website Builder
I tried Wolf3DMall.box4.host1free.com and just box4.host1free.com. Both returned the same error. The username and password are correct as far as the email I received contains.

@Asa
Are you still facing the problem. We have checked with three accounts and everything works well. Thank you.
