Can't pass 1st step with Website Builder

Similar to the problem in thread "please help me to check my account" the builder gives me "Warning! Username or password incorrect". Although I able to connect to ftp site with my credentials from Webftp client for example.
    Site name is ooosiriusm.iwoly.com

    Pls, help me!

    Thank you in advance.

Re: Can't pass 1st step with Website Builder

When I click website builder on my site's page it forwards me to Website Builder page where I'm not able to use my username and password for ooosiriusm.iwoly.com domain. As a gest it shows me further 2 steps. I'd like to install the 8th template with Home, Products, About, Contact, About pages.

    Thank you.

    Hey Eddy,
Sorry for the late, I had some internet problems. I want to ask, do you try to use the builder via DirectAdmin Control Panel, or in other place ?

Thanks for your attention. I go to Builder from Control Panel (Control Panel - Host1Free.com) and from my sites' page. In both is not working. In Direct Admin I could'nt find Website builder there ionly found Softaculous Auto Installer. The username: ooosir pass: (no pass please)

    Thanks.

I tried too the builder and is working.
In website box you need to add only the domain. For example...your address is Example Web Page, you need to add only "example.com". In FTP user and password you need to add the DirectAdmin page login (that should be the same for FTP)

Re: Can't pass 1st step with Website Builder

Thank you for your promt reply. I go to the Builder clicking icon in Direct Admin. Address of my site is www.ooosiriusm.iwoly.com and I add ooosiriusm.iwoly.com. Then in FTP user &pass I enter ooosir&(nopassplease) -the same I'm using for DirectAdmin login. But no success. May be something wrong in my browser. However I tried different - Opera, Firefox, Chrome.

    Thanks a lot.

Please don't post your password here, I don't need it

BTW...I checked your issue and you're right. Looks to be a issue on host1free subdomains. If you have a domain is working, but there are problems on subdomains.

We will sort this problem soon, but will take until monday....

Be welcome. Anyway, if you hurry, you can set a free domain, like domain.co.cc, and point it to your space, like a a Site Redirection.
