How should I delegate my domain at my registrar? What nameservers to use?

Hi there,

I've signed up for free hosting with a domain I already own and I have received my account details.
Now the email says that my site is already working, but it's obviously not as I haven't edited my DNS records. What nameservers do I point them to?

I used ns1.host1free.com and ns2.host1free.com

Ah thanks Amator, so I don't have to use any box.host1free.com things?
I don't really know what A records are, but they are mentioned here.
I have access to a simple form/list with the nameserver(s) for my domain, will it suffice if I just change them to ns1.host1free.com and ns2.host1free.com?

I think yes - I used simple web-page with settings of domain and changed NS servers - everything is working(excepting for site, because of maintenance on box4).
