did you used that "www" when you registered ?

Please, empty the space where is "domain.com" text, and bellow, when you add the subdomain, don't add www.

I didn't use www, emptied the space where domain.com (it doesn't stays empty - it just becomes pale and unactive as soon as I write in free subdomain field), tried several times several days with different emails - no result - account has not been created again and again
