FTP Problem

I cannot login to my FTP account.. i just got my DNS updated and i can't connect with my FTP.

I used SmartFTP and also the WebFTP provided here and nothing and I really need my website up and running.

Any suggestions?

Well.. the problem was solved eventually by itself.. i just let the ftp client to connect with the server for about 45 minutes and it worked (and believe me, it wasn't my internet connection)...

Well, maybe your domain was not totally propagated by your DNS.

However, there can be few ftp downtimes (~2-3 minutes each) when the number of FTP connections is high. We will upgrade the servers soon and all the problems (including general downtime) will be finished.

Hi, I can't login to my FTP account too. Even I can't login to FTP by WebFTP (which is to choose in User Control Panel). Every time it's show me error like this:

Yes in order to access your FTP with domain name you should update the DNS firstly and after the DNS refreshes you should try to connect using your domain name.

Thanks a lot! It works! It take me a lot of time to get to FTP account because domain's DNS refreshes so long but it was worth .
