Over a day and still no email with login details

Created an account yesterday and still havent got an email with my login details.
Domain name: lostsanctuary.co.uk
Email: nathanjwaterman@hotmail.co.uk

I posted in the stickied thread but it doesnt seem to get answered as quickly as here.
