word press installation gives error

this is the error message : but the files load and settings are on the server

no idea what to do
i followed the instrauctions
domain name/wp-admin/install.php

i did last wordpress version 3.1

yes , the problem was that some ftp software drop the files i have uloaded the files manually and it works 100%
