just cant access anything!!!

Hi !
I'm new here.
E-mailed many times,But no answer. So I hope here everything solve faster...

I registered some weeks ago, but couldn't start my website yet!
First I got the Email with account details, so tried to choose a template after logging in my ctrl panel. but after I was asked to enter some passwords which I got through the email, there was an error! and I just could proceed as a guest!
After some days tried to choose a template again... and guess what! I couldnt even access my control panel!!!

Basically I am gone! No username password of mine work anymore! No emails got respond!

So what should I do now?

I just got the same thing so maybe I'll try somebody else's service since it looks like nobody replies this posts
