I have uploaded my site to the file manager but i deleted the files already in folder

I have uploaded my site to the file manager but i deleted the files already in folder public_html. I wasnt aware that the files should be retained, What should i do?

Thanks for the reply, Its working. I was referring to the files which are present by default. My site is up and im happy
