invalid ftp password username

The username and password that I have been using to log onto website builder in the past is now saying it is invalid. This is a new account and I have'nt built a wbsite yet.

I am having the same problem. I just created a free hosting account, went to Web Builder, and entered my domain name and the ftp username and password I was sent. After clicking "Next -> Step 2", I get the following error:

Warning!
Domain <my_domain_name> doesn't point to <ftp_password> account

Any help would be great.

There seems to be some problems with website builder. We suggest you to use Softaculous application installer.
