phpMyAdmin can't be accessed...

Hi,

Just created an account... and transferred files by FTP... That's ok... then created a database... Wanted to access phpMyAdmin to upload my data backup file... but it's not possible to do that...

The link : http://box10.host1free.com/phpMyAdmin doesn't work and I get :

Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to box10.host1free.com )

What's wrong ?...
