Completely clueless...

I'm totally new to the whole website building thing, I bought as domain name from godaddy.com, then signed up for free webhosting on here. I have changed my nameservers, but I'm unsure of what I need to do next to get my domain name up and running. I also can't sign into the website builder, although my email accounts and ftp servers are working fine. If anyone has any ideas/suggestions on what I need to do now then please let me know as I am pretty much stuck at the moment!
