Sorry, you don"t appear to have frame support?

I've used host1free for a few sites but each time I do the HMTL source says: Sorry, you don"t appear to have frame support. What I am I doing wrong as I need to ensure the Metadata appears so the site can be indexed correctly.

Your website is not hosted in Host1Free. You should consult where it is hosted, i believe in blogspot.com

Just install Wordpress on Host1free and use Wordpress importer to import your blogspot.
All is just few clicks away.
However, you have to name the server properly and pointing to Host1free.
I believe, at blogger.com, they showed you how to go about naming a DNS.
