problems connecting

my FTP is filezilla, but having problems connecting to the server with the name and password provided. can anyone help?

How did you go about the FTP setting?
Without wasting time.
-Click on file,
-Select site manager,
-Click new site
-Fill host with ...ftp.abc.com ( Your domain with Host1free)
-Logon type(account)
-User(Your Cpanel username)
-Password( Self explanatory)

If problem still exist, your internet connection need to be upgraded to a faster speed.
For certain countries, there is no much can do to help.

its same like my problem but is have been solved..

just try using another FTP Client like WS_FTP. im using WS_FTP for 30 Trial and my FTP its no problem now
