Problems with setting up my wordpress.org blog here or even create the database

I used free1hosting but it would no longer allow me to use Windows Live Writer or MSword or any of the programs unless with like FTP programs. I couldn't even use their basic area to post and that would even let me use pictures either.


I have since stared using Host1Free but I have issues setting up my backuped wordpres.org blog from the other host. I used the FTP programs to backup my files from the other service but I don't know how to setup the database or the wordpress.org interface/dashboard to get started. I keep getting a error message page. Let bme show. I think I need to have the database setup. Please help someone. I need some assistance please.Host1Free Error Message Page.jpg

In order to create MySQL database which is essential thing for most CMS and blog systems you must:
1. Login to DirectAdmin server control panel.
2. Locate MySQL Management.
3. Click on Create new Database.
4. Enter Database Name, Database Username, Username Password, Confirm Password.
5. Click Create.
