    Question Few questions for a newbie

    Hello everyone, i am using this service for first time.

    my first problem is i installed a phpbb forum but still i get the 403 page error and all that stuff ..am i doing something wrong ? i've added nameserver to my domain

    where should i upload my files ? there are some few folders like "domain","imap",etc (though i HAD installed phpbb forum in /phpbb) But still the same error

    my domain is http://obb.cu.cc

    I've bought social engine..so is social engine allowed on ur hosting ?

    1. Your current nameserver still pointing to "ns1.cuccfree.com" and "ns2.cuccfree.com". You need to change it to "ns1.host1free.com" and "ns2.host1free.com".

    2. You need to upload your files into the "public_html" folder.

    3. What type of social engine? Or you mean phpBB?

    May I ask you how do you know that the current nameserver still pointing to "ns1.cuccfree.com" etc?

    You can query the information using intoDNS: checks DNS and mail servers health, or if you are using the cu.cc domain you can query using CU.CC - Free Domain Registration + Free DNS Service.

    Just saying, but it can take up to 72 hours for the DNS servers to relocate.
