Website Builder authentication

Hi All
I have just registered and am trying to start website builder.
This may sound daft but what should I enter for 'Domain Name' ? I do not have a domain only a subdomain.
If I enter my subdomain steveg1xb.vpsq.net and my ftp username and password I get the message
'
[SIZE=4]Warning![/SIZE]
Username or Password incorrect.
'

Is Website Builder limited to domain owners ? Am I doing something wrong ?
Advice please.

Thanks for the advice. Unfortunately I have changed my password and retried with the new password and it has made no difference.
Any other suggestions ?

Are you able to connect to FTP through FileZilla ?

I've just installed FileZilla and connected easily.
