cannot connect to FTP

Please help,,
I cannot connect via ftp to my site.
94.249.139.8 (demank.allcx.com)
I try with fileZilla and another program..

The messages is like this:
Status: Resolving address of demank.allcx.com
Status: Connecting to 94.249.139.8:21...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Error: Connection timed out
Error: Could not connect to server

Hello,

Are you sure that you are using correct username and password ? Also, have you tried to change FTP password in DirectAdmin ?
