Can't connect to ftp website also down

Hi,

I'm currently having this error message when visiting my page "The server is taking too long to respond." also can't connect to ftp via filezilla or any other ftp softwares. I'm on box12 server.

I haven't changed anything to my account. Could someone please check. Thanks!
