Subdomain < Error connecting Website Builder >

Dear sir/madam,

I just started, I might be doing something wrong here.
But it keeps saying my Username/password is wrong, I've been looking around for a sollution But sofar I did not succeed.

I'm trying to Login to the website builders with the information provided in the E-mail.

E.G.

FTP Access: ftp.Werkenvanuithethuis.freeweq.com

Username: xxxxx
Password: xxxxx

So I;m using; ftp.Werkenvanuithethuis.freeweq.com ( On domain )
And the username & password on the fillouts under it


Please let me know what to do 8).

For website builder you need to use your domain Werkenvanuithethuis.freeweq.com. ftp.Werkenvanuithethuis.freeweq.com is used for connecting to FTP.
