Question HTML5 game website. Does it respect the TOS?

Hi! After struggling with several different free hosting sites, I'm quite happy with host1free.
I'm trying to build a simple website for a small html5 game I made, and I would like to know if this complies with the TOS.
It's not an online game, there's no server side processing other than transferring the game files, and I'm trying to keep it as compressed as possible. (Between 1 and 3 Mb for the moment).

    My domain is routeloop.128pro.net
    Its temporary address is http://box9.host1free.com/~routel
    Thank you in advance.

    It's not for bitten..
    • No online gaming scripts such as ogame, mafia, etc..
because it's not a "browsergame" like ogame, mafia, etc...

Hope it will not make heavy process load
HTML5 will be working on browser, so it will be fine.
