Login to Website Control

Hello,
I still managed to get another problem. I managed to log in to Website Control, but made an error when changing my password there. I tried to retrieve my password, but nothing arrived at my e-mail account. -

This is what I get after login to Control Panel:

The password that is displayed there doesn't work; I hope support can help to get my password again..

Thank you for this password. I did, however, receive a new password before and then I was able to log in the server area.
The password you provide is NOT working; it does NOT give me access to Website Control. My own password doesn't work either. -- I should be on box1.
Or is that server still down?
This is very annoying, as I tried for a really long time. Now I am fast running out of time and patience, so please help me to get access to Website Control again. Thanks in advance -- Wolfgang

It doesn't give any "error message"; it just sends me back to the start screen -- and that is very annoying.
Here is once more what I do -
1) login to control panel -- works most of the time with my original password
2) login to website control does NOT work, neither with the password you sent, nor with the password I chose -- I'm just returned to the login page without further explanation

FTP worked yesterday with my own password, doesn't work today after you changed the password. Neither the new password - which you sent yesterday - , nor my own password work.

As I mentioned before, it was not necessary to change my password again, as host1free already solved the problem before and it was not necessary to solve it again by resetting the password.

Please help and tell me how to make it work again; you may use 'for dummies' language. Thanks in advance.
