password retrieval

Hello,
I managed to log in to Website Control, but made an error when changing my password there. I tried to retrieve my password, but nothing arrived at my e-mail account. -

This is what I get after login to Control Panel:

The password that is displayed there doesn't work; I hope support can help to get my password again..
