    Exclamation Не работает сервер MySQL

    Уже больше 12 часов не работает сервер MySQL(в результате и сайт)
    Выходит ошибка:
    Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL

    А при входе в phpMyAdmin выдаёт ошибку:
    #1040 - Too many connections

    Username: design10
