Hmm...I don't think I understand you well.... You speak about Softaculous ? Try in DirectAdmin....down in the last category, on the right part (in Advanced Features -> Softaculous Auto Installer)

Google provides documents & presentations tools, spreadsheets etc Google Docs - Online documents, spreadsheets, presentations. It's very easy to create and use as well as powerful features. But Google and similar form providers adds a small banner unless it's paid.

If you want to use your own form, You will have to write form in HTML/PHP or you may tell me I can made it for you.

If you visit this site, PHP Tutorial

It teaches how to use php and basically anything you may need.

Once you create a simple form and send details to your email you will be surprised just how easy it is. Having said that and even though I can set up my own forms. Sometimes I want a simple quick one and to achieve that I purchased Coffee Cups form builder. So now it is only the more complicated forms that I create manually. I started with the above site and a copy of Sams "Teach Yourself PHP"

No script does exactly what you want
