Finally I can announce that our system got the stable work at least it has 1 outage so far. Click here to check. So we still have long way to go, but today the new VM will be issued and we will redirect all new regsitrations to the new VM. Hopefully you will be satisfied with the service from today (at last)!

Yes you are absolutely right. That is because to many sign ups we are receiving in the last few days when the service was closed for registration.
