psycho23 originally defined 'review' as anything related but has the ability to go anywhere.

psycho23 newly defines 'review [for a web site]' as what a human could have the ability to do with the services that are provided in many ways. Where 'many ways' as examples could be:
- comparing the services to other Web sites that offer the same thing
- creating simulations of what a human could want in services offered-by/related-to the web site
- and
- listing the facts associated with the Web site service abilities that are stated within the Web site.

Does the new definition of review sound within the realms of what a review could potentially be called?

Review = (noun) an essay or article that gives a critical evaluation (as of a book or play)
