I have read complaints about your affiliate program and I could understand the quagmire you have landed yourself in. I feel that $5 for a free account sign-up is too much, attracting fraudsters. Pay a nominal amount ($1 or even less) for a free account. If the customer upgrades to a paid account at any point of time in future, you can reward the referrer with an higher amount.

The affiliates been paid and we also offer the opportunity to exchange the affiliate credits to web hosting or server. The problem is that we have A LOT of abuses for the fake traffic and sign ups, so all negative reviews are from the fraudulent affiliates who tries to cheat our affiliate system.
Please remember that we have many factors to review the sign up.

When the system reviews the sign ups you get notified how much commission it requires to payout for you.
