I'm happy to help you here as a new moderator for the german section. My wishes: More german speaking users

Technically we've spoken about a slight increase of max_memory and max_execution time in PHP. I would love it if it can be increased to 30 Seconds and 64 MB.

And the PHP-Version should be updated to somewhat of 5.3.x More and more scripts require this as a minimum version.

Now really, erm, less of those Content Review System, they've been annoying me lately... 3 in this month, the most recent one being 24 hours

Many scripts need 128 Mb i don't know if 64 Mb suggested will do a thing, many hosting providers increase max_memory setting if needed, i don't know if you only do this with premium accounts.

Host1Plus (Web Hosting & Cloud VPS Hosting Services, Domain Names - Host1Plus.com) allows to customize the php.ini files. Host1Free not so maybe you want to wish something going ahead to that direction?
