Hello.
In the morning, I found my mailbox a959859jason@vip.qq.com stolen. When I retrieve the password and read the mail, I found "I" used to register a Host1free account jackli with a959859jason@vip.qq.com.
So I want to delete this account because I did not want to register it and I have purchased a Host1free plus account.

The reason is that I had deteled the config files in FTP when create the account.So when I access the website(the domin name which I register in your space), the IE told me 404 error although I have upload the pages by FTP.
I want re-regiter the account.

That's not a reason, you can't delete the config file. The reason that your website didn't worked was because you uploaded your website outside of "domains/xyjx001.clubos.net/public_html" folder. I moved your files in the right folder and your website is working now.
