Describe your problem : example (not able to connect to ftp)

Ok so here are a some more tips you MUST follow before posting a problem

*Watch other topics incase they have come across the same problem as you have
*Make sure you only type in English only
*Full grammar must be used at all times for all staff to understand
*No double post ( Posts will be answered in minimum 4 hours of time)
